Coping with COVID-19? Embracing Change, Managing Stress, and Not Giving Up!
Presented by Kit Welchin

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on our businesses, the healthcare system, our government agencies, and society as a whole. With a crisis like this one, with so many uncertainties and unforeseen consequences, it is important to learn and apply proven strategies for accepting change.

It is imperative to recognize and respond effectively to the emotional and psychological impacts this pandemic has had on you, your clients, and the community. There are many emotions that are triggered by such a crisis, including fear, anxiety, helplessness, and isolation. We all need to learn strategies for embracing change, managing stress, and not giving up.

Attendees will learn:

  • The three key drivers of change
  • The four stages of transition
  • The mistakes we make in dealing with change
  • Thirty strategies for managing stress
  • Thirteen work behaviors to help stay positive and not give up
