The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on our businesses, the healthcare system, our government agencies, and society as a whole. With a crisis like this one, with so many uncertainties and unforeseen consequences, it is important to learn and apply proven strategies for accepting change.
It is imperative to recognize and respond effectively to the emotional and psychological impacts this pandemic has had on you, your clients, and the community. There are many emotions that are triggered by such a crisis, including fear, anxiety, helplessness, and isolation. We all need to learn strategies for embracing change, managing stress, and not giving up.

- Thirty strategies for managing stress

About Kit Welchin:
