Working in the Grey: How to Spot and Resolve Ethical Dilemmas

Do you remember how it felt when you first glimpsed the vastness of our ethical obligations as organizing and productivity professionals? It can be intimidating to realize just how vulnerable our clients often are and how much trust and hope they put in us, and these realizations can leave us longing for more detailed ethical guidance. With a clear understanding of our ethical duties and challenges, we can give the full measure of our services to clients without accidentally crossing boundaries. In this session, we’ll review some of the most common ethical pitfalls in the organizing and productivity industry, learn the definition of a true ethical dilemma, and practice a decision-making model to work through ethical dilemmas in a reliable and, yes, organized way.
