About Me

My husband and I have 2 grown children, a wonderful daughter and son-in-law and 4 grandchildren, with 2 more coming! We enjoy spending time with all of them.

As a Registered Dietitian for 35 years, I have worked with weight management in a variety of settings. I worked with clients who are in the hospital, those coming to out-patient clinics, and those in many community settings. In all these environments, I met with clients one to one and led weight loss groups.

I enjoy an active lifestyle. I love to do many types of exercise and activities.

Over the years, I have also enjoyed assisting others with decluttering and organizing. The freedom they experienced when we were finished was so rewarding!

I look forward to combining my experience with weight management and organizing to help my clients find a sense of calm and freedom in their lives.
