NAPO Minnesota welcomes all professional organizers and productivity consultants to join us who work in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and northwest Wisconsin. Together, we make our industry stronger, we become more knowledgeable, and we are better able to serve our clients.

Join as a Professional Organizer or Productivity Consultant

Professional Organizer supports evaluation, decision-making, and action around objects, space, and data; helping clients achieve desired outcomes regarding function, order, and clarity.  Areas of expertise vary among Professional Organizers, and may include:

  • Decluttering
  • Kitchens
  • Closets
  • Home Offices and Paper Management
  • Photos/Memorabilia
  • Seniors
  • ADHD/Chronic Disorganization Support
  • Professional Offices (medical, legal, etc.)

Productivity Consultant supports evaluation, decision-making, and action around time, energy, and resources; helping clients achieve desired outcomes regarding goals, effectiveness, and priorities.  Areas of expertise vary among Productivity Consultants, and may include:

  • Business Management & Efficiency
  • Coaching
  • Electronic Documents & Filing
  • Time Management Tactics


To Join NAPO Minnesota

Step 1: Sign up to become a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals

Step 2: Once you have received your NAPO Member ID, select “New Member Registration” from the Membership dropdown menu above.

Chapter dues are for the 12-month period from July 1 – June 30 of the following year. If you join and there is less than 6 months left in the current dues cycle, the rate is half of the annual rate. There is a one-time registration fee.

Step 3: The Membership team will contact you to activate your website profile listing.

Business Partner Membership

Interested in gaining more visibility in the organizing and productivity industry? NAPO Minnesota is proud to offer memberships to Business Partners who manufacture, sell, and/or distribute organizing and productivity products and related services. By becoming a NAPO Minnesota Business Partner, you benefit by increasing awareness of your products and services within the professional organizing and productivity consulting community. Business Partners also receive:

  • Chapter Affiliation & Logo Use
  • Website Listing
  • Educational Programming
  • Recognition at Member Events

Annual Business Partner member dues for NAPO Minnesota are $200, plus a one-time, non-refundable processing and setup fee of $50 for new members. Membership with the National NAPO organization is encouraged but not required for chapter membership.

Step 1: Select “Business Partner Application” from the Membership dropdown menu above and complete the form.

Step 2: The Board of Directors will review your application. Once approved, you will be contacted for payment.
