TOPIC: BIG Project Management

“I am selling my house and moving to Ecuador and Maine! I need you to find me a mover, get things shipped nationally and internationally, figure out if that thing attached to the pipes works (and what is it?), fix the oven, make sense of 14 boxes of photographs, and…, and…, and get me through this extremely emotional transition! OK?!”

This is the type of project that Christine Daves loves! In the eleven years that she has been a professional organizer, she has learned tools to manage projects like this successfully – and that is what she wants to share with you! We will focus on clear client communication, project management practices, if and how to collaborate, keeping your clients calm and reassured, and being able to smile and laugh at yourself along the way! Come prepared to share your own stories of overwhelming projects and learn how to cut any project into manageable and enjoyable pieces so we can all bring joy and peace to our clients (and ourselves!).
