Join us for our annual service project to benefit a local nonprofit.
December is a time for giving back and getting together to celebrate. We will be helping Bridging again this year. This year, we are collecting silverware (gently used pieces and sets) AND donating funds to buy in bulk from IKEA.
Imagine not having the basic essentials like silverware to eat and enjoy a meal at home…
Help families and individuals eat with dignity by sponsoring and funding the purchase of new silverware sets for Bridging. Each week, Bridging distributes more than 120 silverware sets to 300+ people during their shopping trip through their warehouse.
DONATE:
- First and foremost, anyone can donate to Bridging at any time! We don’t want to hold anyone up from considering making a donation of stuff. They need those donations 52 weeks of the year!
- For the December holiday event, bring your silverware that night (gently used pieces and sets). They do not have to be matching sets.
- IKEA has a set of 20 for $9.99 which can be purchased in person or online. There is also a silverware tray for $1.49. Please bring this to the December event to be included in the stats and photo.
- The link to give is to encourage giving so Bridging can buy in bulk and save someone the trip to IKEA.
Your donation will transform lives as they plan for the future. You will truly make an impact and help Bridging FURNISH HOMES WITH HOPE while they serve the mission by empowering people to thrive in their homes by providing quality furniture and household goods to those pursuing housing stability. Plus, you get a donation receipt directly from Bridging since you donate funds through the Bridging website and the NAPO silverware event link.
LOCATION: The social will be at the Bridging Roseville location, 1730 Terrace Drive, Roseville, MN.
DRAWING: Every time you attend a NAPO MN event, your name will be added to our drawing to win a free yearly membership! Winner will be chosen at the annual meeting in March. The more events you attend the better your chances of winning. This is for members only; board members are excluded from participating. So your chances of winning are phenomenal!
REGISTRATION: FREE to NAPO MN members and business partners. Dinner will be provided.
