February Success Group – virtual (members only)
Success Group is a time for NAPO MN Members to connect with their peers to discuss issues, challenges or trends affecting our business. This month’s topic:
Being Present: Showing Up Consistently For Our Clients
Showing up on time and being fully present for a client isn’t optional— it’s required if you want to maintain your professional reputation, command more money, and grow your business through referrals. Whether you are a new organizer or a veteran professional, this presentation will show you how to make a positive impression and sharpen your professional edge at every session by practicing readiness, mindfulness, and compassion.
What You’ll Learn:
- Stop stealing time and energy from the client by eliminating three unprofessional behaviors.
- Create a readiness routine that will ensure you are present & prepared for every client session.
- Stop over-extending yourself with clients by identifying your time and energy needs.
